What we collect

Account information: your email address and an encrypted password when you sign up.
Study progress: which questions you've answered and your scores, so we can sync across devices.
Purchase information: processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Usage data: basic analytics to improve the site.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service: syncing your progress, processing purchases, and improving question quality. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. That's it — no advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time through the contact page.

ConferenceDesk (For Organizers)

If you use ConferenceDesk to manage events, documents you upload (attendee lists, templates, agreements) are processed solely to generate your event materials. We do not share your uploaded documents with third parties, and they are only accessible to your organization's authorized users.

VeritasLegal (Legal Research)

Legal research queries you submit are used to provide citation verification and AI-assisted drafting. VeritasLegal provides legal information, not legal advice. Query content is processed by our AI service provider (OpenAI) to generate responses — relevant query text is transmitted to OpenAI's API subject to their data handling policies. Query content is otherwise handled under this policy and not sold or shared with other third parties. AI-drafted documents are generated for your review — always have a licensed attorney review them before use.

Bootcamp AI Tutor

Questions you ask the bootcamp AI tutor are processed by our AI service provider (OpenAI) to generate responses — relevant question text is transmitted to OpenAI's API subject to their data handling policies. Tutor conversations are otherwise handled under this policy and not sold or shared with other third parties.

Children

Our GradReady line serves high school students. Users under 13 should have a parent or guardian create the account.
